I’m looking for some advice / help with a bad froth issue I have when dispensing from my WW Kegerator tap. I must have poured 3+ litres now, but am still getting 80% froth in my pint glass. I am pretty sure the pressure is still around 1.5 bar as per the instructions.

Does anyone have any idea on how to resolve this?

    Cheers.

    Hi

it just a pressure thing. We found with the BrewKeg10 that the pressure was too high. So new videos are online now and the manual will be updated this week. Brew at 1.5 bar, and then clarify and dispense at 1.1 bar. That solves the issue. It’s still a high carbonation level at 6.4 g/L which is more than the average lager and therefore more than the average ale too, so nice and carbonated. I’ve also added carbonation, temperature and pressure theory to the videos as well. See Step 3 and Step 4 videos on our website for BK10.
