I recently moved my BrewMaster, and lost some glycol from the tank. I purchased a quart of food-grade glycol, and poured it into the chiller tank. My question is – should I have diluted the glycol, and if so what is the ratio of glycol to water? I have a brew going now, and am about to crash-cool it to knock out the yeast. Will the chiller work OK, or should I pump all the liquid in the glycol tank out, and refill it with the proper dilution and volume of glycol?
