Hi, just a question about fermentation time. This is my second brew in the 10l keg and it’s the Irish Red Ale. Since putting the mix in the keg it took 3 days to start fermenting and ten days later it’s still going although it does seem to be slowing down a bit now. I follow the instructions to the letter and have kept it around 20 decrees temperature. So my question is: does this sound ok? And, has anyone experienced similar or have any advice?
