I know WW do the apple cider, but the other half actually likes Pear Cider better. Is it a matter of adding some pear favouring to give it a pear taste? Anyone done one before?

If you never try, you’ll never know…. Let us know, how you like it.

Best would be to get a bucket full of “Conference Pears” and extract your own juice 🙂
I presume this “Perry” will be outstanding and unbeatable.

It seems to be that New Zealand is lately seeing a rise in popularity of Pear Cider ?
Old Mount Pear Cider, Macs Isaacs Pear Cider, Monteith’s Crushed Pear Cider etc…
To mention only a few. Try those as reference.

Have been using mangrove jacks pear cider on our 3rd brew for the cider bottled all of it and they love guys and girls …just brew it the same way as WW apple cider..but make sure they sell you the 1kg of dactose sugar to go with it.
