    5 US gallons:

    8 oz Carapils, steeped in 4 gal water at 73C x 20 min.

    Boil:

    3.5# Pilsen LME
    2# Pilsen DME
    1# Wheat DME

    0.5 oz Cascade @ 40 min
    0.5 oz Cascade @ 15 min
    1.25 oz Bitter Orange peel @ 15 min
    1.25 oz Lemon Peel @ 15 min
    1 oz Citra @ flameout, let sit during wort chilling

    2 oz Citra in hop tea with 2 rinses, added to fermenter

    1 packet rehydrated Nottingham yeast

    OG = 1.058

    Ferment at 20C
